side: 4. Après la remise des décorations le Commandant Dreyfus
s'entretient avec le Général Gillain et le Commandant Farge. (After
being granted military decorations, Commandant Dreyfus talks with
General Gillain and Commandant Farge). Postmarked October 2, 1906 and
sent to Madame Jules Mallet, Divonne les Bains, Ain (France).
Handwritten message reads: " Ma chère Léo, j'arrive de la gare du nord,
quel bohneur. Je vais me dépêcher de tout ranger, pour partir demain
soir. A jeudi le plaisir. Je t'embrasse ainsi que toute la famille, ton
... (illegible). "My dear Leo, I have arrived from the North train
station, I'm so happy. I'm going to hurry and put things in order so
that I can leave tomorrow night. I look forward to Thursday. Love to
you and the whole family, your..." |
