Lara Rabinovitch
Lara Rabinovitch is a Joint PhD candidate in the Skirball Department of Hebrew and Judaic Studies and the Department of History at New York University, where her field is modern Jewish history, with an emphasis on food and immigration from East Central Europe to North America. Her most recent publication is in Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture, and she has forthcoming works in Prooftexts: Journal of Jewish Literary History, and the Journal of Modern Jewish Studies. She is also co-editor of a collection on Yiddish Studies currently under review.
