Maya Balakirsky-Katz

Maya Balakirsky-Katz is Assistant Professor at Lander College for Women and is on the faculty of the Touro Graduate Program of Judaic Studies. She is currently assistant editor of the arts section for the Center for Online Judaic Studies. She has written articles on the uses of photography in nineteenth- and twentieth-century Jewish life and is currently writing a textbook on Jewish art.
